Just a couple of points:

  1. 4 Gig of RAM is only marginally useful unless you're planning to install a 64-bit OS.
  2. Unless you are going to use this machine only for gaming and don't mind having to reinstall everything once in a great while, I'd add a third HD that's not part of the RAID0 and use it to store backup images of the system drive(s). Or do you have an external drive?
  3. This system would not be a great "overclocker" cause of the case & 8800 GTX ULTRA heat issues, the LT mobo, and the 667 MHz RAM, "not that there's anything wrong with that". It doesn't seem like you are leaning in that direction....

I am instaling a 64-bit OS, so you said do not get 4 gig of ram? I wasn't planing on overclocking, because it seemed like it would be fiine for me. Also I am not getting 8800 gtx ultra just the gtx. Can that overclock?

No, I meant just the opposite. If you use a 64-bit OS, then 4 Gig is useful.

The ULTRA is an overclocked GTX, as far as I know. I believe overclocking GPUs produces only slight improvements. In general, I'm sure this configuration can be overclocked somewhat. It's just not going to produce extreme results.

So, sounds like all you need is some kind of backup drive, and you should be good to go....
