I need some help with my desk top background. It wont allow me to change or save a different picture for a desk top. If you right click on the desktop then go to properties it doesnt even have a desk top index with the other selections. Oh any by the way I love my DS system works flawless.

To be honest, I've never heard of this problem. Josh tells me it can happen if your windows copy is corrupt. Try running a repair with the original windows disc. Go for the second repair, the one after you hit F8.

Sounds like you may have the version... X "I Wannabe" P. This was the version that had the feature that would limit your desktop options.

So, your Display Properties dialog box has tabs for Themes, Screen Saver, Apperance, and Settings, but not Desktop?
I Googled "Display Properties" Desktop tab and got some promising looking results. For example.
