Hey guys so im pretty excited, got my new comp today but... i load up dota or any game matter of fact and i cant move at all the frame rate is so bad its unreal.. anyone have some advice?

Sounds like you plugged your monitor into the motherboard graphic port and not the graphics card.    The graphics card might have removable plastic caps covering them .    Don’t use the graphics ports near the USB and audio ports.   

Most cases have the graphics card below the rear fan.

Red circle... no good. Those are the mobo connections.

GPU will be further down... yellow circle.

This is my Corsair 240T case Vanquish... your's may differ slightly.
