We recently launched a "Live Chat" feature within our configurator.

We are looking for some knowledgeable enthusiasts that would like to become a full-time "Live Chat" representative. You can do this while your at home, etc..

You must be able to log-in and help potential customers throughout the day.

We can work out any payment plan (monthly), for example, per conversation, per hour, or a general monthly check.

We would like full-time people. 9-5, even weekends.
 
We can work with a hourly pay rate as well.

I'm in the same boat as Clinton. Now if it were audio equipment, I could definitely do that. Plus I love chatting with people! LOL!

having worked with this for a couple of hours, these are the general questions.
  • "when is X coming?"
  • "why are you guys so expensive compared to X?"
  • "does my warranty cover X?"
  • "wats the difference between X and X?"
  • "do i need two video cards?"
  • "i need a pc to run X for $X."
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

The questions are fairly easy. However, you must be able to be friendly and give that person touch to the user and reflect that we take pride in Customer Service.

Im honestly not that experienced in computer products to be of any help...the friendly thing i think i can handle..but i think people would be able to see through a line of bull if i was feeding it to them...that's just how i feel..but if a pkg is late or lost....im right on it Wink
