Depends what system you're looking at. Most fans can be software controlled in Bios or 3rd party programs. For hardware controlled fans, the ODE 600t case does have a front fan control for case fans. It only adjusts by about 25%,but does work. Otherwise a separate fan controller needs to be installed.

The Marauder is built around the Corsair C70 case in case you want to Google it to check it out. I believe it has two front and 1 rear 120mm fans. If they're plugged into the motherboard, and I think they are, then AI Suite3 and Fan Xpert are programs with that mobo to adjust fans. The Hyper212 cooler can also be but should be left alone for proper cooling. Even the case fans shouldn't be turned down too much or cooling drops. There is no mechanical fan control knob or slider for fans. All software, which is easy to use once you get used to it.

Hope this helps.
