I'm posting this here because I'd rather not wait 24 hours to get a reply from customer service ... I just got my computer today and was pretty pumped to get on it and start playing some games until I saw 340958349583490 extra stuff inside the box and I have no clue what 90% of it is

few questions

1) why is there a bag inside my computer and how do I take it out?

2) there is a red bag filled with lots of random gadgets and wires and a power cord and wheels... I only know what the power cord and wheels do.

3) there are about 10 instruction / installation manuals included

4) I have several driver CDs, are the drivers already installed or do I need to install them?

5) there's this thing (silver/metal on one side, black rough material on the other side) which looks like a mouse pad, what is it and what is it for?

Any help would be appreciated.

PS

I'm 100% computer illiterate.

ok thanks and uh another maybe stupid question ...

where is my CD drive? I don't see one, unless it is hidden somewhere? I know I had a CD-DVD ROM burner, optical drive w/e put on my comp
