Help with my config

few changes, $40 bucks more gets you two x16 lanes, so if you see yourself going cf/sli in the future go with the 3x sli mobo, otherwise the LE was good.

at the same time if you not gonna go tri cf/sli then you don't need a 1000w psu, for quality psu here go with corsair, so if tri sli/cf in the future then 1000w psu, if not then 750w psu can do dual sli/cf with the 5850.

the fastest pci lanes for the gpus right now at at x16.

if you sli or cf you want atleast 2 of those to have x16 lanes.

the LE has one

the 3x sli has 2

for your res you don't need to oc the gpu and the oc on gpu here is mild anyways and won't show much of a difference at all.

why not just use the config I listed for you.

you don't really need to tweak the os either.

I chose win7 pro so you get xp mode.

the price difference is because you didn't pick the free stage 1 oc, again it would be easier to just use the config I listed.

they only boos you will see by adding hardware will be in the HDD section with a ssd, there is nothing you gonna add that will give you a big boost for your res.
