I am a purchaser of a new Lynx desktop and opted in for the 32gb option of Ram Corsair RGB Pro series. My question is will it be 2x16gb or 4x8gb? I am hoping for a quad channel config but site did not specify! Any and all help is appreciated.

Support and technical questions like this one need to go directly to DS. We here are mostly customers and volunteers and, once in awhile, the head Customer Service guru Alex will pop in to smooth over some ruffled feathers.
All we can do is guess and give anecdotal evidence. (DS is usually closed on weekends but they're ramped up to catch up so you MIGHT be able to reach someone today, Sunday. If not try around 0900 PST tomorrow, Monday.) |

I know on the Lumos build (that is in stage 4 right now,YEAH) that is in progress for me, on the overview drop down of that same ram you are asking about it says 4X8 gb. Now what configuration they end up using I don't know.

Thanks for the response. This is day 2 on the forum for me still learning my way around this place. I might just let it take its course I can always add 2 dimms if need be was just curious really wanting the quad channel performance benefits. |

Congrats on the Lumos build! I love the more rugged look of the Lynx haha tempered glass is nice I am just scared of shattering all those nice panels. Also if you got a quad channel setup I will assume the same for me only because I like to believe a company like this is consistent across the board! |

Oh by the way I went back after you posted your earlier comment and saw the more info link and saw 4×8gb so it helped out a lot! |

Usually, it's a 2x 16GB configuration. |
