For gaming, I am not seeing any obvious performance bottlenecking components. Nevertheless, a few questions:

• What is your display/monitor resolution, and do you have multiples?
• What's the storage drive?
• Where/how, if any, does the performance feel lacking?

As for "make it look more cool"... That will depend on your preference.
• Ryzen 5600X, ROG Strix B550-I, RX 6900 XT, 32GB Vengeance, 960GB MP510
• be quiet 500DX, i7 11700K, ROG Strix Z590-E, RTX 4080 ProArt + RTX 4070 Ti ProArt, 64GB HyperX Fury, 2TB SN850

- Have single monitor 27" BenQ 4k (if yuo have suggestion to replace with the better let me know)
- storage 1x SSD M.2 (512GB Samsung 970 PRO) (NVM Express) (Extreme Performance) and 1x Storage (2TB Seagate / Toshiba / Hitachi) - Maybe I can upgrade storage with better Samsung pro SSD?!

- Actually everything runs on high I just had some extra cash that I was like maybe I can get something but idk what so I am open to any suggestions.

Also,
VIDEO CARD
My motherboard will support the 3080 graphics card, but with it will not run as fast as on a newer series motherboard. Sonce PCIe slots are the 3.0 standard, while that card runs best on the 4.0 standard any suggestions for the motherboard>?

Thank you!!!

I wouldn't bother upgrading the motherboard until your performance really starts to suffer noticeably. the 3000 series GPUs were nerfed a bit to allow for the fact that most customers would be upgrading with a PCIe Gen 3 board. The difference would be negligible.

In a similar vein, there's no gain from upgrading your storage on a Gen 3 board. The Gen 4 SSDs won't run that much better. The 980 PRO is indeed rated a lot faster, but real world results are the important factor. If you're booting in under 30 seconds, it's not worth much to spend big bucks to shave a few seconds. Get yourself a bigger 970 SSD for a games library, and you'll be fine. Games have to load in a particular way, so there's not a lot of improvement from 970 to 980.

I would just upgrade the video, and enjoy the heck out of it. The rest of the rig will do well for a couple more years IMHO.

I wouldn't worry about PCIe 3 vs 4.

NVIDIA RTX 3080 PCIe 3.0 vs. PCIe 4.0 x16 Benchmarks | Gamers Nexus (YouTube)

If you are leaning to grab a newer GPU, maybe consider the EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 12GB FTW3 Ultra

The link is to the B-stock (i.e., recertified) model but I'd trust it -- and I'm picky/leary about used/refurbished. It's also a fair price.
