I want to know if someone here can help me find the rig for me. I have a budget of $1400.

I have monitor,mouse,Kb and Speakers.
But I want to run games at 1440x900 max res on good settings.

Games such as Crysis, C&C 4, D3 and Mass Effect 2.

I really would appreciate the help!

I'm ordering on Sept 10 so I wanna have my rig rdy so I can place the order first thing in the morn.

to be honest, for $1400 you would be best off with one of the prebuilts. Either that or you would not be able to go with an i7, as that starts over your budget.

The enthusiast 1 prebuilt is $1439. I'm not sure it would be able to run Crysis at max settings (not much that can), but that is probably the best i7 system you can get for around 1400 unless you build one yourself. With the 275 and the processor at 3.33ghz it will be VERY fast and should run those games exceptionally well.

Perhaps DST4ME will be able to provide a graph of the 275's performance at 1440x900, then we can see what kind of graphical power you'd need for crysis maxed out ;)

enthusiast 1 should be a good one for you, a 275 will run that resolution easily, cysis might not be as smooth but the rest of the games should be.
