Hinge Cover Laptop

I have the digital Storm Laptop NP 9280 (Df9000).  The screw that holds the hinge in fell out and when it did it broke the hinge cover.  I called Sager and the tech support sent me an new one. But how do I get the cover off that covers the screw to the hinge? the cover that runs end to end with the power button poking thru it?  Do I just pry it off or what?  Any ideas??????

You need the "service manual" to do it correctly without damaging your laptop. The service manual is different from the user's manual.
