Holiday offer ends, my situation at this point

I had several emails exchanges with John regarding my build and the added costs for the parts i wanted,I'm trying to maximize my money and trying to get the computer that i want, he already (John) answered my questions and I'm ready to buy my computer but now the holiday offer has ended, my saved configurations still works but I'm not sure if they will allow me to shop using the saved configuration with the discounts, my biggest trouble is how i could put my order with the added costs of the GPU requested in it?

sorry for my English i speak mainly Spanish ☺️

You’d have to email them at sales or [email protected].

My guess is the sale is over and any orders now don’t apply, but just a guess.

Understood, but that doesn’t mean it works.   I’ve seen customers post configs from 2 years ago that still appear to load and work, but some of the parts are no longer available.   

Check with DS. We can only guess on the forums.

yeah he answered me that i have to make a new configuration so now i have to pay more, mmm not sure what to do, i didn't know the offer will expire entering January 😯

Technically the holidays are over so the sale would end a few days ago, we kept it going to allow customers to place their orders ASAP before we closed it.

The best we can do is offer you the promotions on the configurator that you have saved, but free shipping or other extras are no longer possible.
