I was wondering why prices are going up when its a holiday sale. Makes no sense to me. I would have thought that price hiking would have been a better  before or after the holidays not during. Just curious.

Unfortunately memory prices are going up on a weekly basis almost. If you saved a configuration in the past, you can still buy your system at that lower price.

In addition, the price adjustments are very minor, around $10-$35 max to be honest on each set of memory.

We did update some of the configurations such as the P55 that had originally 2GB of 1333MHz to 4GB of 1600MHz. Maybe you also saw the prices increase in that manner on the pages. This would end up increasing the base price of the units by $100 or so, but, customers can always change down to 2GB or 1333Mhz afterwards.

Ya I noticed the "upgrade" prices for 1333 memory shot up $40 overnight. I hate that memory is like a stock ticker.. up down up down up down.
