How accurate is the estimated shipping Time?

On Thursday afternoon, I ordered a lumus with the understanding of a 5-10 wait time, I SHOULD be home if the timeframe is correct and wanted to know how accurate it is and if not how wrong is it? I dropped my specs below so you can see them.

Your system can be upgraded in the future with a stronger graphics card and more than likely you will need more juice to run it. DS allows changes to orders if the system is still in the early Stages. Enjoy!

I am realizing that now. This is my first PC so of course I am making mistakes. I think in the coming years I will upgrade it but as of now will keep as is
