How backed up are they on orders right now

I’ve had two DS systems over the years. One ordered and one I bought used. Was thinking of going all out and ordering a new one but I’m see some posts here and elsewhere it is taking a month or longer to get a system. I’m pretty patient but waiting that long my drain some of the excitement of getting one. Anyone know how behind they are nowadays?

It really depends on what you order and what they have on stock. Pretty soon, if not now, the holiday orders start coming in and delays will start mounting.

FYI,

I ordered my system show in my sig block below and here is the time it took from order to receipt.

Ordered 10/11/21
Stage 1 10/11/21 - Backlog Queue:
Stage 2 10/18/21 - Pending Inventory
Stage 3 10/22/21 - Pending Assembly
Stage 4 10/25/21 - Assembly Started
Stage 5 11/8/21 - Stress Testing & Benchmarking
Stage 6 11/10/21 - Quality Assurance
Stage 7 11/15/21 - Packaging

Arrived at the door Friday 19 Nov.

They have some prebuilts that are shipped almost immediately.

Even if you customize a system there is still that option "Please Prioritize: Ship Within Five Business Days After Order Is Successfully Processed
[+$299]" The price may vary on systems I don't know.

My system took a little over a month but I wasn't in a big hurry since my 12 year old DS Beast with a Titan GPU still played games pretty decent while I was waiting.
