I did a Google search on your motherboard and I found this listing. From what I see in that listing your motherboard only has one PCI-e x16 slot so it can only use 1 GPU.

Dell specifically makes their systems so you can't upgrade them. They use special proprietary parts that are not compatible with other traditional hardware. Even if your motherboard had another PCI-e x16 lane your power supply would not be powerful enough to run both cards and Dell systems 99% of the time can not use anything but their own special PSUs.

I had one of their computers for 6+ years. I did what I could to upgrade it but it required a lot of risky modifications that I would not suggest other people try. Even with the upgrades that I did make I was very limited in what I could do.

Need to know something to answer that question. On which side does your case open up, on the left, the right, or does the entire outer case come off like in some Dell models? Also which way is the graphics card installed? Is it installed with the top facing up, which is actually wrong but is common in Dell systems, or is it installed properly with the top of the card actually facing down?

Well since it mounts correctly you should be able to use any GPU that is rated for a 450w power supply or less but with your budget there's not many options. The ATI 6850 is close to your price range but it requires a 500w PSU. The GTX 560 can run on a 450w PSU but it is a bit more expensive.

Your only option is probably an ATI 6770. It's in your budget and should work on your PSU. I want to stress should, just because your PSU is rated high enough for it's over all power I have no way to know it's power rating for the PCI-e connection or the power rating for your MOBO.

Honestly you are much better off saving up for a new system. Going with a new GPU for right now will help you get by for a while but I would not sink any more money into that system.

4GB of RAM is not great but so long as you don't run anything else in the background when you game you should have no problems. Pick up a 6770 or something for right now but just save your money after that.
