How do I cancel an order?

I made a purchase yesterday and found that my current funds cannot afford what I purchased. I would like to cancel. I called yesterday and today by the phone number of the customer support and emailed [email protected] to cancel my order. Unfortunately just now they processed my order. How do I cancel? Please help I am new here.

I called by their customer support numbers and it always leads to "the mailbox is full try again later"

They were probably closed yesterday. Try today and also send them an e-mail. Remember that DS is in Calif. so they're on Pacific Time. Sorry you are having problems.Good luck.

You have plenty of time to cancel. They not only were closed yesterday, but likely the day before as well. I'd bet they have a substantial backlog to work through, but they will get to your e-mail. They do normally work pretty much a normal work day, with weekends off, on Pacific time. Maybe give it a day for them to catch up on calls and keep checking your e-mail. Don't panic, it's normal for the circumstances.

Hi digital storm could you please help me cancel my order. I was just going through the pcs and seeing the prices but i received an email saying order... please i dont have 900 dollars on me. :( please I really need your help pleasee. Thank you :(

We're just customers here. You need to go to the main page and select "Support"> "Request Help"; click "Sales" and fill out the ticket. They'll get back to you.
