when you don't know what it is...? i have most of the package information that came with the laptop... i won't specify too much but i need help.  this is the right place to post this isnt it?

oh and i also have the cyberlink disc...but i don't know the cd key... sad right?

I think they give you a trial, otherwise it should be in the stuff you got with the laptop, call them tomorrow and see if they can help you.
