I had to do a complete re-install of the operating system shortly after I received my system (no fault of DSO) and I was concerned that I lost my processor OC speed. How do you verify that the processor is still overclocked?

run CPU-z and put the pc under load, and then check the "core speed" on cpu-z

DST4ME,
Thanks for the info. I tried it out and it shows my I7, 2600K running at 4000.0 MHz. Acording to the techs at DSO my OC speed should be 4.4 GHz as show below. Overclocked Processor Settings Processor Speed GHz: 4.4 Motherboard BIOS: 1503 Video Card Driver: 280.26 Chipset Driver: CD Sound Card Driver: CD So how do I get this fixed? Again thanks for your help. Edited by azdskin - 01 Oct 2011 at 12:12am |
