How does a MEKO stylus work on iphone ?

dear all,


A stylus for a MEKO touch screen with Asin: B00N1BRWLA on Amazon just looks like a piece of plastic, but it clearly isn't, given that the screen will only work with the "special" stylus. What is the "magic" in the MEKO stylus that makes the screen respond to it ?

About the stylus:

Length:5.5"(140mm);
Pen tube diameter 0.35"(9mm);
Disc diameter: 0.27" (6.8mm) including 2mm rubber point ;
Fiber tip Diameter:0.24 (6mm)

Materiel: Made from stainless steel and Aluminum, no plastic parts, real pen feeling
