Looks good, only thing I see that has been mentioned several times on these boards is the 850 case and putting in some extra fans is better than the 950i ??
 
Also the minimal upgrade to the sound card isn't much an improvement over the onboard 7.1 sound.

1kW PSU is massive overkill for that system. You could run that with a 750W or even a 620W Corsair.

Having a separate HDD for OS is a nice thing to have. 750GB is a lot of storage space, but without knowing what you intend to use it for, I won't call it overkill.

The 850 is a better case for air cooling, but the 950 is still very good if you're partial to the cosmetics.

If I were going to make only one change, it would be to save some $$$ on the power supply and spend it on the audio card. Everything else really comes down to personal taste, but the onboard sound on a 780i is going to be about the same as the SE.
