How good is VANQUISH 7 Level 1?

I am a minor who only works part time and wants a usable gaming computer at a low price that will run games like fortnight and rainbow siege 6 at a reasonable frame rate.
Would the vanquish 7 level 1 modal be able to suit my needs? Also how easy is it to upgrade it on your own?

Yes and yes.

The lvl 1 has an integrated graphics card so when you're ready, you can purchase your own card and slide it right it (Snap it right in would be more appropriate.)
