How long does it take for an order to be processed

according to the latest information that has come across the forums, you'll be looking at a 20-25 business day window. So, from March 30 your window is 4/26 - 5/3.

I ordered mine January 10th, it's February 4th, still stuck on stage 1.

Ordered my lynx level 2 Jan 8th, didn’t hit stage 2 til Jan 31 then stage 7 yesterday. Just gotta stay patient 😁👍

I’m still on stage one been there for 2 weeks now.but I get it there busy I can wait

That is a little long, but barely. Which frame did you use? I have been reading in the forums that the velox frame is out of stock though more are suppose to be in very soon. I bring that up because Stage 2 is inventory so it could be waiting on something for your build. The Stage 2 is suppose to be pretty fast though (at least according to the email and comparing it to the other stages) so I would give it another week and if its still in Stage 2 reach out to see what the delay is. Stages 3-7 all together could take up to like 6 weeks if you combine the max days in the ranges given.

I did a Google search just to see what is considered normal when it comes to turnaround time. I hit stage 3 on January 8th and am still there on January 22. Digital Storm had stage 3 estimated as 1-3 business days, so I'm surprised to have seen no progress since then.

Digital Storm makes it clear that they don't rush these builds or cut corners, so I guess I'll continue to be patient in the meantime.

Please update this thread when you get your PC if you don't mind. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts once you finally have it in your possession. I'm still on stage 3.

Update- moved to stage 5 this morning with hopes of stage 6 maybe later today?? What I have learned from this experience is that it depends on build inventory. If one of your parts is out of stock that will delay obviously. If the build contains all parts are their then your progress seems to continue fluidly? Just my thoughts

Just my thoughts My pc went to stage 5 on 1/12/21 and then went to stage 6 on 1/22/21 and now in stage 7 on 1/22/21 and says delivery should be 2/1/21
