I ordered my PC on Jan 26th and it is now currently March 28th and it just now reached stage 5. Why is it taking so long? I really would have wanted my PC by now

Sorry about the complaint, I know this is no excuse but the day I posted this my laptop died on me and I had no computer availible for school work. I posted this as an attempt to vent anger at something, that was wrong. I got my PC now and it was well worth the wait. Thanks for the amazing product Digital Storm!

If you read what others have gone through, it's not so ridiculous. What's ridiculous is you not knowing what the market has been like since June. "Why is it taking so long"... seriously? Been out of touch for a year? I'm waiting 4 months for a reclining CHAIR!!!! Say that last "Walmart" part after you get this one.

Email [email protected]. The head of customer service and can give you inside information on your machine.

As for walmart... well.. let's just say that Digital Storm are building you a high performance custom machine... if you wanted cheap and obsolete before you opened the box you wouldn't have shopped here.

I ordered a month previous and am on stage 4. Call using the number in the top right, or email Alex like others had said. Heck, they even reached out to me once via email over something I posted on the forums when I had said something to someone else over wait times and stages. The Digital Storm support team are leagues above what other companies call support.

I ordered on Feb 9th stillin stage 1. There is a shortage of GPUs worldwide and with Corona sales of PC jumped. Wait times for PC are up everywhere especially good ones.

I have had the same issue where it takes forever. When I placed my order I was told it would be shipped at the beginning of April. Now after checking in I am told.it may be late April. I don't understand why they give customers wait times that are not accurate. I also don't understand why they do not contact their customers when delays occur.

Be happy it’s that far lol. With Covid and low supplies everything is going to take a lot longer. I’m on stage one and have been there for a month. You just have to patient because the end product will be worth it:)

I know a lot of you are questioning the amount of time so I just wanted to document what’s been going on with mine to give y’all an idea. I put my initial order in at 2/27. I then hit stage 1 at 3/1. Then it was taking a long time so I emailed Alex March 31st and it went to stage 2 at 4/1. It then hit stage 3 on 4/2. It then hit stage 4 on 4/5. Im patiently waiting and I understand the struggles that might be going on so I’m fine with and I’m super happy with Alex for pushing for mine to get going.

Update I’m on stage 5 as 4/6
Update I’m on stage 6 as of 4/7
Update I’m on stage 7 as of 4/7
Update got a shipping label as of 4/7

current stage: 3 since March 30

times seem to differ in general. I keep hoping for stage 4 everyday past the estimated stage window. Im hoping the delay is because it needs a custom touch due to ROG Formula MTB & Hydrolux 3in1. I paid off half of the setup initially and financed the other half. I'm about to make my fourth payment on a dream pc. I'm gonna keep dreaming it comes perfect and here before the fifth payment.

Depending on your config you'll have to wait for the delays due to many orders infront of yours and simple things between stages.

Just want to echo what others have said about contacting Alex - he is fantastic. I reached out to him on Friday when my order hit 20 business days and he got back to me on Sunday with an update, which was really great to see and totally unexpected.

Patience is hard, but customer service like this is very much appreciated!

Well, mine was ordered on 11/27/2020. It's been on stage four since February.

Taking any bets on it showing up before the 4000 series GPU shows up to make my 3090 outdated? HAHA

This is my timeline so far - getting really excited now!

Stage 1: 3/12
Stages 2, 3 and 4: 4/13
Stages 5, 6 and 7: 4/20

All I need is shipping confirmation - I'm sadly far away from Cali so I expect another week before delivery. Still, looks like mine is going to ship right in that 20-35 business day window Alex mentioned in a different thread.

My mother bought me a build on January 21 today is April 23 going onto the 15th week since I’ve been waiting for my build. On the site its in stage 3 but its been there for anout 4 weeks its self. Is this not crazy how long will it take...

COVID has wrought havoc on the supply chain, and there's a worldwide shortage of GPUs now due in part to the e-currency mining now.    

I'm surprised I made it to stage 3 this soon. No worries - I'm patient. This will be a dream machine when I finally get it.

My PC took a few days after shipping and I'm in Las Vegas. Usually its a travel day process with packages from CA. Anyhow my tracking info was worthless it showed pc not leaving CA as well until it arrived at my door. I used ups notifications as well. I would freak out to much about it. I pray u get it. By the way I'm also a disabled veteran, thanks for serving. It will get there soon. you have to sign for it, so your safe most likely.

wow, you been waiting for almost half a year? I guess I shouldn't be complaining... LOL

March 25 - May 18 stage 1 FINALLY COMPLETED
Stage 2 has not complete yet


It's crazy how long its taking them to build a pc. My estimated time was early June. But it is now June and stage 2 hasn't even complete yet. And everyone else seem to be stuck at Stage 3, 4, 5 a LOT LONGER. Guess I should expect my pc 2022?
