How Long???

I have ordered a new DS computer. But beacuse of sloppy typing by me the order was delayed by a couple of days. So I'll consider the order placed and recieved on the 4th. I was given the order number and checked on it's progress all week with nary a wiggle. I figured that in one week the order could have moved from step 1 to step 2. I have called customer service but just got voicemail I didn't leave a message because I won't play phone tag and it was friday with 2 hours left in the workday. I haven't sent an email because if you're to busy to answer the phone you're to busy to read email in my opinion. Plus should I have to nag, persuade or cajole to get my order thru? So am I missing something or has my order gotten lost in the mix or is it just a red headed step-child?

I looked up your order and it is currently in que to be sent to our assembly team. It is currently waiting for our shipment of EVGA X58 LE motherboards to come in shortly. Once they are in, your system will move along quite quickly. I would say within 2-4 days max.

Also, I highly recommend that you should leave a voicemail or send an email/message (http://www.digitalstormonline.com/customerservice.asp) because you can state which time and contact number for us to reach you back with. This has been proven very effective.
 
Besides that, hang in there buddy, you've ordered a great system and now it's our turn to produce you a great quality product without sacrificing quality over speed.
