how much Ram Frekuensi on Laptop avon 17

I want to upgrade my laptop from 16gb (2x8gb 2666Mhz) to 32gb (2x16 3200Mhz) ram...
now i want to know can i replace it with 3200 mhz ram?
or stick with 2666Mhz??

Your motherboard has a a limit of how fast it will run RAM. It's likely that is 2666MHz. If you have mobo info, or can look it up online, it will tell you. It's also a good idea to do that because some motherboard makers will tell you what brands are the best ones to get. If you can't find that info on your motherboard, contact DS, and they'll tell you.

As far as I know, if you get faster RAM, it will work, but not at the higher speed.

i dont find my motherboard info on internet... that why i came here... to find out what the limit/the maximum
frequency on avon 17...
