How should I make my setup

SKEJ, I am in sympathy with you. There are so many personal-type choices in your list, only you can say what will be best for you. As you work up the money for what you need, get on the internet and Google all those things on your list. It's time for you to be the chief participant in your choices instead of being told what you want.

When I'm in your place, I look up products and then I look for reviews. There are always knowledgeable folks who share their opinions along with users who know the product.

There are dozens of gaming chairs. I don't have one so how do I tell what you will like? How does anyone? Google gaming chairs and see how many there are. Some you won't like right away, some will look really cool. Check out what people say about them who actually own one.

I know a bunch of computer stuff, but I don't know exactly what you need for streaming. A Capture card, maybe? IDK. Google it and you'll know. Make sure those things are in your budget.

Most people don't have 3 monitors, what are you planning for that? An ultra wide might be for you, but will there be room for that? I'm afraid it would be hard to game on? Something you need to see is going on over on the edge you're not looking at, maybe.

You can get a red and black paint job here only on the Bolt, unless DS will paint another case specially. But you can match up a lot of red lighting and wiring with a black case. The Lumos is mostly glass, and you can really light up that case with the right fans! I don't think they do any custom laser etching anymore.

I know there aren't any answers here, but you need to do most of the work to narrow it all down.
