bullet Topic: How to contact Ds's boss?
    Posted: 24 Aug 2009 at 7:50pm
Hi. I want to talk with the boss, I think his name is Alex right? Because I bought a Extreme 1 pc from DS last Friday and I can see on my online bank account that DS has taken the money but I got a email from DS today that they didn't recieve the money! I'm very angry with this kind of service since for me 2252 dollars is a lot of money. And I know there isn't anything wrong with my visa because I just payed for my college just 1 day before i purchased from DS.

@DaNeShady,

Our customer service staff is more than happy to talk to you and take care of the situation.

I don't know your order, but, to be honest, your bank may have just put the funds on hold. When we try to run a credit/debit card, and for some reason, the address or something doesn't match, the banks will put a hold for the funds, but, we won't accept the money. The banks mistakenly make the customer assume that we do have the funds.

Never the less, there honestly is no need for alarm, call us on Tuesday, or send us a message using our message system, and we'll take care of all of it for you.

I have talked to Randy and he has helped me. So I will fill out the cc form or call my bank, and I hope that will fix it. Thank you for your answer. Btw, do you have any email where i can send you if I have any questions?

I agree with alex. I once attempted to purchase a product from amazon.com

Amazon.com claimmed that they did not recieve the funds and my visa card shows the funds were deducted (but not posted yet though) so when I contacted my bank, they said they hold the funds on the visa/master card for a period of 3 weeks in case something happens.
