Basically what configuration you are looking for, and your shipping address, etc...
She'll respond to you and work everything out with you. I don't know too much since I don't do Sales . |

If you have a PC and not a Mac, the odds are tremendous that you will NOT
need a voltage converter for it. Macs are a completely different
animal. I'm not real familiar with the hardware, but I can tell you
that I have read about how Apple deliberately in the past made some
models where they only ran on American or European voltages and had no
switch to convert between the two. They did this deliberately to
prevent people from buying them cheaper in one country and selling them
in another at price that undercut Apple's dealers. If you have a PC,
then almost certainly it will have a switch to toggle between American
and European power and you will only need a plug converter for wherever
you go. You should confirm this, but you can do so by simply looking at
the back of your laptop for a switch that is labeled 110/220 or
something like that. Note that the UK has a plug style that is
different from Continental Europe.

Most modern Power supplies are auto-sensing and you no longer need to flip switches.....well the good Power Supplies that is. Im sure there are cheapo's out there that still use a switch. Just something I have seen. The real problem is the outlet design, so many shapes and sizes :P
