How to systrem reformat?

recently I notice I am unable to download files/images/anything..

I had my pc for a few months decided to restore it. I read the notes in the binder it says I should boot Digital Storm Disaster Recovery Kit, I don't have this disk, I have Image Disk 1&2, Memtest and the Vista Cd... Should my computer have came with Digital Storm Disaster Recovery Kit disk?

any other way to reformat?

Chances are Image Disk 1 is the Recovery Kit. Try booting off it and see what happens. If all else fails, it is a little more time consuming, but not much more difficult, to reformat the disk and reinstall WIndows by booting from the original Windows CD and finally installing the motherboard drivers from that CD.
