For those working at DSO building computers, how did you get into that? Was it just a passion that you keep up on, and that was noticed or do you have degrees (Computer Science, Computer Engineering?).
Is this something you'd consider yourself an autodidact on, and if so what would you recommend reading to learn more? |

It was actually my father that got me into computers, hes in the same field as I am, with alot more knowledge. Then I went to college, and then I ended up here at DSO.

I would honestly say, it's the passion of gaming, or, the speed.
A majority of our staff are hardcore gamers or computer enthusiasts. These guys and gals can run circles around a lot of tech workers I know.
It's the pride of hearing the great feedback from our customers that drives our passion to be the best system builder out there.
It's also knowing that your in a company that is growing, and deals with the bleeding edge. Playing with, testing, overclocking the latest hardware.
Dealing with new situations or goals, planning out strategies. The pure satisfaction to know that Digital Storm isn't just an ordinary company, but a second home, a place where time flies and your enjoying your day with your co-workers.
Warm Regards,

All I can say is judge them by their work, and you have no choice but to show them respect.

There is defienetly alot of passion in this field for me. But like mentioned before alot of it started with my father. Since he is the man that I respect the most in my life and he is very much into computers, it only makes sense that I would follow in his footsteps.
His passion for computers, and to help others with their computers was pretty much passed onto me. So for as long as I can remember I have always wanted to work on computers, enjoyed playing with computers and especially enjoyed gaming in general. Its one of my longest hobbies and interests in life aside from my martial arts.
