hulu/youtube problems

I am having problems with flash video and getting blurry lines at bottom of screen like this pic.  Any ideas? I downloaded latest drivers.

	Hey guys just wanted to add that during windows media player video either with dvd or video I have saved to my hard drive I am getting green dots and bars. I do not have any corruption in post and in game so I am still holding out that this is software. Any ideas? I am super frustrated at this point as this is my 3rd ATI 5870. I have tried: re-seating gpu updating drivers 2 different monitors 2 different dvi cables 2 different vga cables tried both connections on graphics card *tried updating flash (for the problem in first post) i will try and see if I can redownload Win Media Player this is happening on my non DS system specs: Mobo: EVGA 3x sli CPU: i7 920 PSU: Corsair 850 Edited by AndydViking - 09 Mar 2010 at 6:16pm
