Is it possible to select both of these options? I do want the software, but at the same time I do want a remote that controls lighting effects and such.

- 16 GB DDR3 1866MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro
- 750W Corsair

- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3 GB

The remote control uses a different control module so it wouldn't really be possible.

If you are going with a better airflow option + water cooling, it's nice having it integrated all into one software suite.

An excellent overview is in the configurator.   Go to Airflow Control, DS Thermal Management Control and hit More Info. That selection is necessary for the RGB lighting option.

Basically, control of fans for airflow and monitoring temps.   The lighting can be used to change color to match temps for a visual indicator.

Nav might do a better job of explaining but that's the basics.

Im gonna sound so hipster.. but..

I think the remote control is cool with all the lights and effects. ;3

Still wish both these options were compatible. I would definitely pay more for it. If ya'know what i'm sayin' DS. ;D

You can have two separate lighting systems on the same computer. The Hydrolux for the inside of the computer and the remote control led lighting for outside of the computer known as indirect case lighting to light up bottom of computer. DS did this for me. Go to General Discussions, Featured Systems and go to page 6, scroll half way down an you will see a Corsair 800D with it. Change to any color you want for bottom lights.

I'm a little confused.

So there can be Hydrolux for the inside, and remote controlled led lighting for the outside of the computer. What's the difference between inside and outside?
