Hi,

I lost the shortcut for the control center and now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is there a way to locate this on my pc? Is there a place to download it online?

One problem is that it doesn't seem to be connecting. The interface is just blank.

I don't use their fan monitoring so not sure what to expect with the download. I thought it was just a gif file for the interface, but DS can definitely help with this.

try disconnecting the power to the control board and reconnecting it?

I'm having the same issue. I can control fan speed and LEDs but no temp info. This is after a clean install. Driver issue maybe?

Maybe your PC doesn't have temperature probe. What kind of system that you using? Let me know.

It's an Aventum 2 and it working when when it was running Windows 8.1. I thought maybe it had something to to do with Corsair USB driver or something.

Try our legacy version, I believe you have the older revision of the boards that will not work with the version you are trying to use.
