someone send it to me please my cooler doesnt seem to be working and i didnt recieve the software to begin with.

Check Support>My account>HydroLux Control Center Software and choose your option for the HydrLux software.

As to your issue: which HydroLux model do you have and what temps are you running that make you think you cooler is not working properly?
