so my little tide me over system that i upgraded to a intel 5200 and gigabyte board has finally made me wanna pull my head off my own shoulders.  i pulled out the sound card since it was freezing my system up now everytime i booted.  whats left of this system should make a great web surfing computer after i order my ds system..save for the gawd aweful on board audio.  it makes steve tyler hit notes i didnt even think possible.

So in last week i've lost the power supply, bought an 850 at bb for 119 bucks and now my sound card....

i'm thinking of ordering a full size mb and chip for this thing..but then that means a new cooler and most likely new ram...if thats the case i'll just stay with the mb/cpu/mem in this one and kill the cat that comes out of the on board audio and get the new DS system a bit earlier then i wanted.
