says no connections are available. Troubleshooting ha compleated then wireless capabiltiy is turned off.

I believe you have a laptop but could be wrong.     If this is a new WiFi setup then make sure you have a working cable modem/ router setup.   Your wifi should detect it, you enter security code if setup for it.

Yes in fact I am using a laptop; since, I am use the school wifi, and have to give them a password. It is a public wifi. It and is not picking up signal or doesn’t wont to pick up signal.
