So I got the strip and cooler to start working again. I simply plugged the computer direct into an outlet. Now the color jsut stays at white and the remote isnt working to change color or anything. If i hold the lock button down for 5-10 seconds the whole thing just shuts off.

UPDATE: I smashed the lock key and all the sudden in started working, then i turned the brightness all the way up and it flickered and shut off, not sure whats going on. is my power supply to low? is it the power outlet in my apartment? its so weird.

UPDATE 2: Is it my PSU not being able to handle it? it works for 4-5minutes then flickers and turns off completely even when connected to outlet. This is just so weird.

What fans do you have ?  I have the Corsair ML Pro and after I downloaded the Corsair iCUE software, the lighting stopped until I went into it and did the setup.  Lots of options for color with iCUE and Corsair.

I don’t know specifically the model cooler that DS puts their name to.   If it’s a Corsair, then Corsair Link or the ICUE I mentioned can be used.

If you downloaded and installed software to control the fans then it probably stopped using what was being used.   

The default DS cooler might not come with RGB fans by default.   Did you order other fans that DS installed on the radiator.



Without knowing your specs, it’s impossible to give anything but generic advice.

I didnt order any special fans for the radiator. So i was presently surprised when they were rgb. im going to call service today hopefully get it figured out. It started acting weird after i downloaded Asus aura, the lights worked and all but the remote wouldnt change the color or anything, I would change modes on the remote and the strip/fans would makes a quick flash but stay the same, and then all the sudden it just turned off completely

the picture for the water cooler looks like it has corsair on it, but the one i got from DS has their logo on it ( which looks badass in rgb, sadly it inst working now lol)i downloaded that corsair software but it said it couldnt find anything, ill probably try again tonight after work.
