Okay Well i have to... not so hot.. computers now i guess you could say. But i do a lot of traveling so i'm looking into getting a laptop, Is there anyway i could keep it under 2K but still play call of duty 4 and all of those top games and smoothly?

Same...the thing about laptops is you almost always have to "settle for less" so to speak.
Laptops can get very hot very fast, i would not recommend playing any high end game for any extended period of time. For me personally, laptops are for buisness only and are designed for work on the go, in short spurts.
But like harley said, im sure DS will hook you up

If you have to go with a lap top I have had vary good luck with a laptop cooler. I use one that plugs into a USB port and i see a big difference in my FPS in World of Warcraft I also use a laptop make for Autocad a Dell M65 it works nice for gaming but is no Desktop! Hope this helps |

I have bought two, one from Circuit City and one from Staples (can't remember). One for home and one for travel. They both work well, the one I have for traveling is a Targus and it works great this one has 2 fans and the other has 3 fans HTH
The brand does not matter, you get what you pay for . |
