I Need Some Help

So I just watched DigitalStorm's latest video and my God is it pretty sad to see Alex leave from DigitalStorm. I wanted to know if there was some other types of customer experience managers out there that can help me out with some stuff, when I buy a DigitalStorm computer I was going to get a special ordered Aventum 3 PRO with lust red exotic paint finish and Alex was there and I was the one communicating with him about the whole idea.

Now I don't know what to say since Alex is now gone and I hope everything won't be as complicated as it seems since Alex deemed to be extremely nice, understanding, helping and everything. He was one of the best veterans I have seen leave for some reason. Will he return as well? Or is this the end of the story for Alex to be here at DigitalStorm?

Since the thing is I have some genuine worries since he is gone I probably am going to end up buying a computer that a manager had agreed with me buying, he left, then what could be next is disastrous since maybe nobody might understand with we discussed with and what we planned to get.

I am not upset or anything I am just sharing some worries here while I can. I really loved my Aventum 3 PRO model and I can probably still order one, it's just that since Alex is now "gone" I don't know what to do.

Is this like April Fools or something since this seems to be pretty tragic he left. Who is going to run the management and who will understand what I want to order and perfectly make it true? Who will be able to do any of this stuff? Please understand what I am saying and what I am writing since I do feel bad that he left.

Gabriel too, I wonder if he made really sick builds as well. What'll happen for the next person to run the management team? It's all I am saying and asking. I would like to know since my mind is full of questions now and I don't know what to really expect next out of DigitalStorm. I hope everything will be alright. Just let me know what is going to happen and what I need to expect.

Yeah that's what I was wondering. And fortunately, I was thinking this might be another Alex we're speaking about. I had that thought before but I was too worried to say really anything at that point but just ask if you were there.
