Hi,im 90% sold on a digital storm computer,but there is one thing holding me back.I live in new jersey and digital storm is based in california.So here is my question.If my computer were to ever break down how would digital storm go about getting it fixed?

if its after 30 days of you receiving it, you pay shipping to them and then they fix it and they pay for shipping back to you, from that point you have 30days that if something goes wrong they will pay for the shipping back to them.

The warranty states if it is past the 30 days the customer pays for both shipping to us and shipping back to them.

I think you have made the right choice, DS is a great builder and you will love this PC

let us help you config it if you like to make sure you get the best bang for your buck

if you would like that then just make a thread in the config section and in that thread let us know the main use of the PC, its secondary use, resolution of the monitor this PC will be used on and your budget, that way we we'll have a good idea of what to recommend for your use.
