Well, the time has FINALLY arrived, heat issues, case issues and all other setbacks I hope and assume have been resolved.

 

I called tonight, talked to Kelly (I feel like I met a celebrity) and this stupid monster rig that I have envisioned, that DSO created, is finally finished! (Can it really be finished? Please say it is so! All hail DSO).

 

I, as usual, am over budget and behind schedule. So, I have just recently gotten off the phone with the folks at DSO and authorized 3 day air shipping from CA to FL. So, this thing should, as they tell me, ship on Monday.   My, God, what a rollercoaster ride, LOL and tears at the same time.

 

In a way, the extra cost of 3 day air is actually making me feel better as maybe the shippers won’t have as many days / chances to punt it across the warehouse as they would with standard shipping.

 

Anyway, I am so looking forward to this getting here.

 
Wish me luck, my new friends, pump up my confidence, I surely am about to puke with anticipation!

I don't know how to make that system sound any better than it looks just reading off the stats. It's just plain sick.
 
The only thing I am going to suggest is that if you do find that the excitement hits a fever pitch, and you actually do need to hurl, that you don't do it over any top mounted case fans LOL.

Good luck Big%20smile Just a word of advice : when the system arrive don't turn it on yet. It will save you a lot of trouble if you open the case first and check all your connections before boot up.

I do plan to open it up, check that everything is seated and plugged in and no screws or fans or what have you has shook loose during the ride to my house.
