yup, that would be mine, its the tj-10...
the case is $300 on newegg.... and the paint was $300 here. I dont know what they would charge for just the case and paint though...probably somewhere around 600 I would suppose. |

Well that's because the regular Extreme case is $300, then there's another $300 added if you want it airbrushed blue or red....

I hope that isn't the case, $300 for painting would be to high, and it wouldn't be that hard to paint. It says for the painted case $300 thats the most ill shell out. I hope to hear a reasonably price.

You are misreading the configuration screen. It's trying to tell you that the ULTRA and EXTREME cases are the same price (about $300). The painted EXTREME is an additional $300.
I'm afraid you'd better head on down to TrueValue and pick up a couple cans of "Krylon" in the color of your choice.

Yup, that is my puter.
here it is on the forums here:
by the way, if you look at the configurator, and select the value (raidmax scorpio case) you see that it takes away $285 from the price.
The scorpio on newegg goes for $50.00
soooo
if the math is sorta done, the case (unpainted) costs $335, add the paint and its $635
Thats just goin off the configurator and newegg... only way to really know is talk to Alex! Edited by ed1371 - 15 Jan 2008 at 4:19pm |

Hey Ed, can you link that exhaust fan? I really like that blue led exhaust and it looks great in the case.
Did you run a front led intake also?

I assume that was the (rear) fan that came with the case. This case is a little different than normal cases though, if you look at the pic, you will see it is compartmentalized, the front intake is really in the middle sorta and has metal shielding around it so you wouldn't see an led fan very well. These pics are from Silverstone and newegg...

Damn you taking a little boy's dreams and dashing them into the ground Ed, lol.
I really like that case though. I wish the regular extreme cases here had the front doors. I think they look a lot cleaner with the front doors.
