lol...

every time I call them... (and its frequently) I feel bad... I know what its like....to be in a job where answering the phone become hate embodied...lol

its not the phone conversations that are hated... those are fine... its the RING...lol kinda like an alarm clock buzzer that annoys you so much it feels like a drill being used on your skull.
