Obviously store hours theyre closed right now so I cant get an answer to my current situation,but i was curious why my last post is deleted. Good or bad the posts should stay up so people can read good or bad and see how the situation is handled.

If your referring to your thread about saying you were 'Mad' over the wrong optical drive, I thought you had it resolved since I did provide you a few methods on how to contact us about it, and in addition, I asked for your order number so I could look into it, and I didn't get a reply from you for a few days until you responded stating you were just frustrated at something else and that's why you wrote that post.

Anyways, you're more than welcome to start a new thread if you wish on a new topic. The StormDrain is for customer service related issues, once they are taken care of with the customers satisfaction in mind we remove them after a few days considering the case closed.
 
Since you didn't provide me with an order number or say that you weren't still able to get it replaced I assumed you resolved it because you said you were frustrated at something else when you originally posted it.
 
The forums are more of a place for customers to help each other out and just to discuss misc. things either Digital Storm or just in general lifestyle related.
 
For official support, help, etc... we request that our customers contact us directly so we may help you out as we don't monitor the forums on a regular basis and use our resources to help customers that either call, email, or message our staff.
