Never seen it hit that high until I started playing BF4 and it hit 94c once - it's OC at 4.4 by DS.
Any concerns with this?

Your card temps are fine. The top card is usually the hottest, which this shows. The cpu I'm assuming is not stressed. Seems a bit low. Under stress the cpu should hover around the 60s and 70s.
I believe these are the same temps, give or take, you asked about in April for BF3. The rig still looks good.
I answered this in your other post the other day to the same question, so I'm assuming you want another opinion. Hopefully others will chime in. Good Luck.
I would use HWMonitor just to verify that Corsair Link is giving you an accurate picture.

Your system had a maximum CPU temp of 75'C at our facility during stress-testing.
Either those temps are wrong (use Hardware Monitor in the background while you game to see what happens), or the fans on your Corsair liquid cooler are not spinning. |

Here's the side by side with HW Monitor and Corsair Link - the temps are the same and high
I've checked the fans and it's running.

I've never figured out what Package temp is. The core 1-4 temps are excellent and the ones to watch. Looks like Link is displaying the Package temp.
Just to double check, use RealTemp to check your cores. If they are the same as HWMonitor cores 1-4 than you are good to go.

Funny you mentioned Package temp, i called tech support and he had no clue either? I even googled it and nothing came up with details?
so do you think my CPU temps are good and i should just go by the Core #0 - 3 instead of package? |

It is the core temps to worry about. So you should be fine.
I agree with Bpratt22 try RealTemp to check double check the temps. |

Like Ariktu said, I think you are running just fine. The cpu and cards are doing good.
I would use other than Link for future temps. HWMonitor, RealTemp, Coretemp all work good.
Enjoy.

Sorry another question, I downloaded Real Temp and when comparing to HW Monitor, RealTemp is about ~10c higher?
Not sure what RealTemp GT is, looks about the same too? |

I like HWMonitor. For me, the two programs match but maybe not for all systems. I still think you're good.

i updated the old version of HWMonitor to 1.24 and the temps match RealTemp now, but it looks high again at idle? Compare to the older version of HMMonitor which was ~10c lower...

And here's another shot of it running BF4, the temps are exceeding 90c +, looks like I am back to square one...
Do you think the OC to 4.4 is having problems Alex did you get my message from your tech earlier at 9am PST? ETA: as I was typing this Gerrado called and got a tech ticket set-up and a tech will call me Edited by armoredsaint - 15 Nov 2013 at 2:55pm |

Working with a DS tech is the way to go. Just curious... are the H100i fans on Quiet or Performance? Are they clear of any dust buildup?

We'll take care of you. Just work with our team on it. I would check to make sure fans are spinning and that there isn't too much dust stuck inside your radiators.

the radiator is definitely clear of dust, i'm pretty OCD about stuff like that and the fans run.
the tech, Mike was logged on to my computer and he even witnessed when the fans increased in speed to Balance or Performance setting - the temps actually went up! I had HWMonitor and RealTemps running so the tech can see the temps increase. so it was determined the H100i needed replacement, getting a new part exchanged ![]() Edited by armoredsaint - 15 Nov 2013 at 5:02pm |
