Budget is around $2000 (give or take $300)

I do not need a monitor (have 23in LG)..do not need keyboard or Mouse and i do not need any sound setup (have all that taken care of)

Im looking for a 2nd computer for my in town house...i pretty much will only use it for WoW, Bluray and backup the movies i have...my expectation would be able to run WoW @ max settings with top fps(60)

Also..i have 2X1TB WD Caviar Black in Raid0 (OS Win7 HDDs) on my current HAF 932,,,i was wanting to be able to take those 2 out...and put them on my new computer and just boot up that OS without needing to reinstall the games i have and movies i have on the PC im looking to buy

i do have a 1.5TB Seagate external and a 1TB WD Green Power in a docking bay for extra storage

i do want the computer to come with 2X 1TB raid0 with OS install for days that im only there for a few hours to a day (no time for movies and what not)

i dont really know anything about Hot Swapping or Dual booting so any clarification would be awesome

current comp specs are:
i7 920 (2.6 i think)
EVGA X58 SLI
2X Nvidia 295s SLI
6gb ddr3
1200 watt PS
2x 1TB WD Black Cav in raid0

what i have in mind for the new one is this:

for your questions hot swapping is switching out Hard drives while the computer is on. Dual boot is being able to boot 2 operating systems on one computer. you can't run them at the same time but its nice in some cases. there is not anyone that will recommend the killer card. the best way to get less lag and faster internet ect is to upgrade your internet plan or change to a faster isp. From what i've read about it there isn't even any noticeable difference.
For your build you made:
Raid 1 is a complete waste in my opinion for a few reasons. its a huge waste of money (as all raid setups are) but more importantly if one of the raid hd's crash then the other one is completely unusable and unrecoverable. thats why i'd stay away from raid 0.
If i were you i would upgrade to the gtx 480. its the newest card and will last you longer then the 470. Plus with gaming the gpu is a big deal. not as much with WOW but still makes a good difference. Good choice with the cpu cooler :). I'd get internal lighting if i were you its only $10 and i believe theres a switch to turn it off but its up to you there easy to install so no big deal.
Lastly don't forget your free copy of just cause 2 (which is an awesome game btw! i've been playing the demo a bit) and a free t-shirt.
other then that nice build.

Thanks for clearing up the difference between swapping and dual booting

yea i didn't think the upgraded network card would be worth it...i run cable with wired and im usually at a low Latency when im on WoW (100-125 Lat)

Yea i know that Raid0 is where they split the data between 2 disks...making it faster to access data...and raid1 is where they just mirror the disks..which is safer if one disk fails?....i switched my setup to 40g solid state and 2 X 1TB media disks ...would i be able to take those 2 out and put in the 2 X 1TB from my current computer and dual boot to either OS? how safe is it to actually do it?..switch HDs from computer to computer like twice a month.

with raid 0 if one of the 2 disk fails all data is lost. raid 1 if one is lost the second one can be used as a backup.

i don't think it would be a good idea trying to boot from a version of windows from another computer. It could mess up things with drivers and stuff... you could boot from your ssd and open the hdd from your other computer in my computer. why are you getting 2x1tb drives?

dual booting is mainly for booting off of things like linux and windows on the same computer.
i think i got most of your questions. anything else just ask.

oh and hows your monitor? whats the max resolution?

edit: and don't forget your free game.
and also the video card overclocking generally isn't recommended because its not like cpu overclocking, its alot of heat increase for a small performance increase (usually no more then 4fps) and the gtx 480 runs very solid on its own. it also shortens the gpu's life more then it does with cpus.
