If I order today 5/11 it says ships in 30-35 days,

Question on shipping times, are they accurate and up to date?

I'm looking at a build that says 30-35 days to shipping and would purchase today or this week if indeed this was the case.

I can tolerate a 5-7 week time frame, otherwise, I'm just stubborn and will explore or look around at other options :)

Not sure I want to order today and find out we are talking Aug/September

The ship times are accurate for a majority of orders which is up to 35 business days.

My build said 30-35 days before I purchased it. I placed the order on 12/07/20 and didn't receive it until 03/26/21, and that was after countless phone calls to figure out what was taking so long.

And what were you told was the issue? Backorders? Holiday rush? Supply chain disruptions? Crypto miners jacking all the GPU stock? There were a myriad different reasons at the turn of the year. Alex has stated, and other customers have confirmed, that most of the issues plaguing orders after Black Friday have been mitigated.

With everything happening all at the same time, the last 6-8 months have been a nightmare for all manufacturing. It's getting better, but as I stated elsewhere, unless and until we can get this pandemic under control world-wide, there is no such thing as "normal" anymore.

What we can do with Digital Storm is contact Alex, Nav and Stellar to get the inside information on new machines.

After all.. they're definitely worth it.

Thanks guys, I ordered a little while ago. I was more curious as to how accurate the ship dates were on the build pages.
