Inexperianced and need help!

I am on a bit of a budget so I know that I am not going to get a monster gaming computer.   I am a World of Warcraft player and tend to keep the video settings set fairly high, but with it not being a taxing game i don't see as a problem.  I also do quite a bit of picture editing as well.  I currently have a 19" monitor resolution 1440x900, but may be upgrading to 22" soon.  That being said I am mostly looking to get some help with how the following cofig would work  and any suggestions.
