I install a graphic card but now the computer won’t turn on. Ithe Graphics card is install correctly and all the cords are plug in. Help!

Did you turn the psu off to install the gpu?

So many things it could be.   The most obvious is a bad, new graphics card. It happens. Remove the card and see if the system turns on.

Could be you knocked a plug off while working inside the case.

Check what hoserator suggested, the toggle switch on the psu in the back toggled off.
